Job Description
- Define, implement, and support information systems based on Business needs and designated clients’ requirements;
- Assist in the design, development, support, and documentation of solutions and assist clients throughout the implementation and support phases;
- Interact with internal and external clients regarding project matters/Support, build and maintain relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Provide clients’ support on specific ERP;
- Help in training client staff as required;
- Work alongside Client Teams and third-party organizations as required;
- Proactively maintain a knowledge repository of current and future solutions.
