Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the client’s company. Provide IT support to clients including technical and applications problems.
– Provide support to internal clients on a day to day basis.
– Able to acquire new skills for new projects and technologies.
– System Administration & Deployment:
(1) Understand client requirement
(2) System design to best suit business needs
(3) Installation and configuration of Window & Linux servers and roles
(4) Troubleshooting and log analysis
– Hardware Support: installation and troubleshooting.
– Work on POC and provide solutions to clients pertaining to email, system infrastructure
– Any other work assigned by the reporting line
Degree Holder in relevant field or relevant professional qualification
– Certification in Microsoft and HP would be an advantage
– Good Communication Skills
– Excellent Customer Service Skills
Minimum of 2 years or more in hardware and software support.
